TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The auctioneer(s) does not warrant the accuracy, genuineness, authenticity, condition, description, weight, counts and measures of any of the lots sold herein. Any catalog or verbal descriptions in an auction are meant merely as a guide. While every reasonable effort has been made to ensure accuracy, statements called from the auction block take precedence over any written material. All sales are recorded to clarify any possible discrepancy. PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR PREVIEW TIME AND CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL ITEMS PRIOR TO BIDDING. All items are sold “as is” and all sales are final . Items are sold as USED AUCTION MERCHANDISE. There are no refunds or credits of any kind on used auction merchandise.

REGISTRATION: To leave an absentee bid all bidders must register prior to the auction. (You do this by completing the form below) By completing this form Buyer/Bidder agrees to all terms & conditions of the auction. This needs to be completed 24 hours prior to the auction.

PAYMENT: Cash or personal check with proper ID. We do not accept credit cards at the auction house. Purchases will be available for shipment upon receipt of payment.

WINNING BID: If you are the winning bidder you will be notified by email/telephone with in 24 hours of the auction.

REMOVAL: All items purchased must be paid prior to removal or shipping of the item, unless other arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer prior to the beginning of the auction. The Buyer/Bidder is responsible for all shipping and associated costs, including insurance. Arrangements for shipping will be made within 5 working days after funds have cleared. If you are leaving your absentee bid and you plan to come to the auction house to pick up your item, you must do so with in 7 days of the auction. After a 7-day period, if the auction company has not been paid for the item and you have not picked up your item, we will consider the item(s) abandoned property, and have the right to offer the item(s) for re-sale. No moneys will be refunded to the Buyer if such action is necessary. For On-Site Auctions, all items are to be removed the day of sale unless arrangements have been made with the Auctioneer the day of the sale. If any item(s) are left behind following the end of the auction, the item will be considered abandoned property and the Rembrandt Gym Auction House has the right to offer the item (s) for re-sale.
